knitty musings

I've discovered knitting... I'd love to quilt, but I need a sewing room for that and it is way in the future. So, smaller scale projects are what I'm working on, now, and I finished my first hat. My husband calls it my seaweed hat (funky lime/green fuzzy yarn), but I love it! My kids have even been inspired to knit... I need to add a couple of inches to the bottom of my hat, though, I started decreasing too soon. A scarf is next!
